Silver Leaf Cottages
All cottages are equipped with a kitchen, dining and sitting areas, three-piece bathroom, hot water, and propane heating. Cooking facilities such as stove, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator, gas BBQ grill and all necessary dishes and cutlery are also provided. Pillows are supplied but guests must bring their own beddings, blankets, towels and toilet paper. Each cottage also has a sun deck where guests can have barbecues, lounge comfortably in the sunshine and enjoy the atmosphere of the outdoors.

Cottage Rates
1. All prices are in Canadian currency and exclude taxes. U.S. funds are also accepted and exchanged as close as possible to bank rates.
2. Minimum length of stay accepted for reservation is 3 days.
3. To make a reservation, a deposit of $150 per week is required. This amount is refundable with 6 weeks notice of cancellation, less a
cancellation fee of $ 50. With less than 6 weeks notice, the deposit will be refunded upon our ability to rebook the cottage, less a
cancellation fee of $ 75. Deposits can be made by cash, cheque, money order, and credit card (VISA & MasterCard).
4. Balance is payable upon arrival. Payments can be made by cash, debit card, and credit card.
5. Saturday is the busiest day at the resort during peak season. Guests are requested to observe the following check-in/out time on Saturdays:
Check-in time is 2:00 P.M. and check-out time is 9:00 A.M.
6. We charge $ 10.0o per visitor.
7. Please bring your own beddings, blankets, towels and all consumable items that you will need.
8. Pets are welcome but owners must keep them on leash and clean up after.
9. The cottages are housekeeping cottages. Hence, we expect guests to clean before checking out. This policy helps us keep our rates as low as
possible.
